🧾 How to Use

1. Sit upright with your arm resting at heart level.

2. Secure the cuff around your wrist (about 1–2 cm above the wrist joint).

3. Press the Start button.

4. Remain still and do not speak while the cuff inflates and measures.

5. Your blood pressure and pulse reading will be displayed on the screen.

6. Remove the cuff and turn off the device.
