  • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
  • After 24 hours, refund requests will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Conditions for Refund

Full Refund with Delivery Charges

You are eligible for a 100% refund including delivery charges in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product (not as per your order).
  • You received a damaged or expired product.

In such cases, please provide clear pictures of the item and packaging within 24 hours of receipt.

Full Refund (Delivery Charges Not Included)

You are eligible for a 100% refund (excluding delivery charges) in the following case:

  • You received the correct product but no longer wish to keep it, provided the product is:
    • Unopened
    • Unused
    • In its original packaging

Wearable items and healthcare products that have been opened or used will not be accepted for refund, even if returned.

No Refund Will Be Issued In These Cases

  • The product was usedtested, or opened.
  • The product is non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, especially in the case of wearables or personal care items.
  • The product was correctly delivered and is not defective or expired.
  • You applied for a refund after 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

Products with Expiry Dates

Products that come with expiry dates are non-refundable, unless:

  • The item is already expired upon delivery.
  • The expiry date was not guided by us and falls within a non-acceptable range.

To avoid misunderstandings, expiry details are  listed in product descriptions. Please read carefully or consult our team before placing your order.

We strongly recommend consulting with our qualified experts before making a purchase. They are available to guide you in selecting the product most suited to your needs, thereby avoiding incorrect or unsuitable orders.

Return Verification & Procedure

Once your refund request is received within 24 hours:

  1. Our team will first verify if the product:
    • Was reported in time
    • Was not used, opened, damaged, or destroyed by the user
  2. Once verified:
    • We will initiate the refund or replacement process within 5 to 10 working days (we will try our best to complete it as soon as we can).
    • Based on the situation, you may receive:
      • new product, or
      • refund added to your wallet or via bank transfer

Refunds will only proceed after verification of product condition and eligibility.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 -10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or wallet credit.
