✅ How to Use

1. Insert the code chip from the test strip vial into your CoaguChek XS meter.

2. Prepare your finger (warm, clean, dry).

3. Remove one strip, close the vial immediately. Use within 10 minutes of removal.

4. Insert the strip into the meter to power it on. Confirm the vial code matches the meter.

5. Lance the fingertip and within 15 seconds apply one drop (~8 µL) to the strip.

6. Wait ~60 seconds for the INR result to display.

7. Record result, dispose of lancet and strip safely.

8. Meter will store the reading automatically.
