✅ How to Use

1. Sit in a chair, relax, and rest the arm.

2. Wrap the RS‑1 cuff snugly around your wrist (1–2 cm above the wrist bone).

3. Raise the wrist to heart level and press “Start”.

4. Keep still and avoid talking during measurement.

5. Wait for the reading: systolic, diastolic, and pulse will display.

6. Device stores the last measurement automatically.
